Job Description
Provide our guests with world class customer service. Perform protective, preventative, safety and security related enforcement functions touring facility to ensure the safety and well-being of customers, visitors and staff. Implements and monitors all security operations in accordance with all applicable laws and company policies in a courteous and restrained manner in coping with emergencies, undesired conduct, disturbances and threats.
Major responsibilities include:

Greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner

Help ensure that all our guests get outstanding customer service

Set up and break down of events and concerts

Maintaining security of premises by conducting inside and outside patrols of the secure facility

Maintaining a professional appearance, uniform and manner at all times
-
Controlling access of employees and/or visitor
-
Responding to intrusion, fire, and health/safety related incidents

Other specific duties as may be required
Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
-
Excellent verbal communication skills
-
Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including late nights, weekends, and holidays

Previous experience in a nightclub,bar, or restaurant is preferred

Proficient in basic computer skills

Ability to quickly learn the layout of the facility and function of our rooms

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Ability to stand, walk, and continuously perform essential job functions for duration of shift

Ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting, and walking significant distances between and within buildings on the property

Must have the ability to communicate in English
